Trinity Park will be the site for the very popular old-fashioned children’s games such as three-legged race, sack races, potato race, hoop games, hopscotch, trundling hoops, Jacob’s ladders, stilts, Game of Graces, chalk painting, jacks, marbles, horseshoes, ball and cup, whimmy diddle, crafts and tops. Construction paper and crayons will be provided to make Star Spangled Banners.
In addition to the games, the children march in their very own parade and muster to take part in a mock battle against 15,000 invading British troops.
